Many adult learners come to me with the same feeling: “I’ve studied English before, but I don’t feel confident speaking.” They understand some things, recognise familiar words, but hesitate when it’s time to speak. The problem is rarely motivation. More often, it’s a lack of structure, clear guidance, and opportunities to practise in a reassuring environment.
This is exactly why I created this English course, which can be financed using CPF funding: to help adult learners build solid foundations, gain confidence, and communicate more easily in everyday situations.

Who this course is for
This course is designed for adults who already have some basic English but feel blocked when they try to use it. You may recognise yourself if you can understand simple messages but struggle to respond naturally, or if you avoid speaking because you’re afraid of making mistakes.
The objective is not to “study English again” in an abstract way, but to develop practical skills that make daily communication easier and more fluid.
What a “functional A2 level” really means
Reaching a functional A2 level is not about perfection. It’s about being able to handle familiar situations with less hesitation.
At this level, you can talk about your daily life, ask and answer simple questions, describe
past experiences, and express basic plans. You understand the essentials of short conversations and can produce simple but structured written messages. Most importantly, you start speaking with more confidence, even if your English is not perfect.
Individual lessons with clear guidance
The course is built around private tutoring in English, with regular one-to-one lessons. Each session is guided by me, as your reference teacher and native English speaker.
During these lessons, we focus on speaking and understanding. Corrections and reformulations are given in real time, so you can improve without losing confidence. The goal is to make speaking feel safer and more natural, lesson after lesson.
A structured method with personalised progression
Before starting, you complete a precise positioning session. This allows me to identify your starting point and design a learning path adapted to your level and objectives.
The course targets an A2 objective, within a structured progression system that ranges from A1 to C1. Depending on your profile, the training may start at an earlier level and gradually guide you towards a functional A2 range, at your own rhythm.
Personalised e-learning between lessons
Between sessions, you work independently with personalised e-learning activities. These are not generic exercises. Each activity is created by me and adapted to your level, your needs, and your interests.
This work helps you consolidate what we do in class, reinforce key structures, and stay connected to English between lessons, without feeling overwhelmed.
A strong focus on oral confidence
Oral expression is at the heart of the course. We work on everyday situations, familiar topics, and realistic exchanges. The learning environment is calm and supportive, allowing you to take risks and speak more freely.
Over time, you notice less hesitation, clearer sentences, and a better ability to react during conversations.
Organisation and learning rhythm
Lessons are organised in individual sessions of 40 minutes, with a recommended rhythm of one to three sessions per week. This format fits naturally into an online education approach, combining live interaction with autonomous work.
Courses are available from Tuesday to Friday, between midday and the evening, depending on availability.
Certification and CPF financing
This training is eligible to be financed using CPF, and includes preparation for a recognised certification. For learners based in Vincennes, CPF funding can be used to support this training as part of a structured professional development plan.
A dedicated preparation module is included to help you understand the exam format and expectations. The certification exam takes place remotely, with registration handled as part of the course.
Moving forward with confidence
This course is designed to help you build solid foundations, speak with more ease, and regain confidence in your English. It offers a clear structure, individual guidance, and realistic objectives, supported by the experience of an English teacher based in Vincennes.
Everything starts with a positioning session. From there, we build a learning path adapted to you, step by step.
